skills and knowledge along the way.
Industry 4.0, also known as the Fourth Industrial Revolution, is the current trend of automation and data exchange in manufacturing technologies. Including developments in areas like CNC connectivity, IIoT, manufacturing analytics, productivity monitoring, augmented reality, and manufacturing quality and measurement systems.
These technologies enable more efficient, flexible, and adaptable production processes, allowing businesses to improve their competitiveness and respond to changing market demands.
With our help, you can improve your productivity, reduce cycle times, and drive continuous improvement.
Open Platform for Manufacturing.
The thing.events IIoT platform is a simple and effective low-code solution for manufacturing companies that helps them overcome challenges related to data integration and real-time analysis. Using open source applications, Node-RED, Postgres, and Grafana built to have a single launcher that allows quick access to all of the applications included in the platform.
thing.events/ uses MQTT as a Manufacturing Service Bus, allowing for synchronized data transfer between different devices and systems, also using OPC-UA to facilitate communication between manufacturing devices and IT systems. This allows for seamless data transfer and integration across the manufacturing process.
Quickly write data to database tables triggered by MQTT messages or REST API calls. JavaScript functions can be triggered by MQTT, OPC/UA messages or REST API calls. This allows you to perform a wide range of data transformations useful for manufacturing analytics, such as tracking production metrics, dispatching messages or analyzing data from sensors and other connected devices.
By providing a central hub for data transfer and integration, thing.events/ can help to reduce the costs associated with maintaining multiple IT systems, connectivity standards and devices. This can be particularly beneficial for organizations with large, complex manufacturing environments.
thing.events/ allows for the easy transfer of data between different machines, devices and IT systems, using open industry Standards and a Service Bus Model designed for Manufacturing.
